Somnia was
asked to plan, design and develop a new departmental website for International and Intergovernmental Relations, based in Edmonton.
Compliance with accessibility standards was very important for this project. The site was built to be
managed by IIR staff using Macromedia Contribute, including dynamic Flash content.
